Former FDA Commissioners Discuss Drug Safety
Public Policy Implications of the Food and Drug Administration Revitalization Act (FDARA)
Please join American University and former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) commissioners David A. Kessler, M.D., and Mark B. McClellan, M.D., Ph.D., as they come together to explore the policy implications of the Food and Drug Administration Revitalization Act (FDARA) and enhancements of America's prescription drug safety systems.
The program is the first in a series of forums that will bring together the diverse points of view of policymakers, health care experts, patient advocates and health industry leaders to identify common ground on a complex public health issue and disseminate key findings to elected officials, medical organizations and the public.
